These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Bookings
To make a booking online please use the ‘Resy’ link. Online reservations cannot be made with less than 30 minutes notice. We also take reservations by phone on 01424 547797 or by email contact@theroyalstleonards.co.uk. We do not take reservations more than 60 days in advance from the time and date of booking.
For short notice last minute reservations we recommend calling.
For parties of seven upwards please call or email as a deposit will be required. We do not take reservations for parties larger than six online.
Deposits
Deposits are £10 per person and non-refundable with less than 48 hours notice given of cancellation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a reservation, please let us know ASAP. Cancellation can be made via Resy, by phone or by email.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased by using the ‘GiftUp!’ link on our website only. We cannot issue vouchers by phone or in house.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Royal. However, we do require that dogs are kept on a short lead at all times and remain strictly on the floor at all times.
